PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A Berber Weave Full of Rhythm and Colour
Bold yet relaxed, this triangle motif floor sofa carries the playful rhythm of a Berber kilim. Vertical bands of orange, fuchsia and lavender run across the seat. Rows of woven triangles in olive, mustard and ivory break up each stripe. Soft blush and cream panels then balance the brighter tones.
Asala Living pioneered this concept in 2022, transforming handmade Moroccan rugs into floor sofas. Kilims are flatweave textiles, built through a weft-faced weave rather than knotted pile. As a result, the surface stays thin, light and easy to refresh. Small irregularities in each triangle reveal the weaver’s hand. You can order it as a cover only or complete with filling to suit your comfort.
