PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A Timeworn Rug Where Eight-Point Stars Bloom
Warm, earthy and full of lived-in beauty, this rust and saffron floor couch began life as a vintage Moroccan rug. Eight-point star medallions bloom across the seat in saffron, plum and ivory. Black outlines sharpen each motif, while olive accents soften the palette. Along the front edge, a stepped border frames the whole composition.
Asala Living pioneered this concept in 2022, transforming handmade Moroccan rugs into floor sofas. Years of use have softened the wool pile into a dense, nubby texture with a gentle patina. Every pillow is cut from a different part of the rug, so each shows its own fragment of the pattern. You can order it as a cover only or complete with filling to suit your comfort.
Set it beneath a gallery wall or on a covered terrace, as it suits indoor and outdoor living. Because this rust and saffron floor couch is Ready-to-Go, it ships right away. As a one-of-a-kind piece, it will not be repeated.
