Excellent customer service and product! Very happy. 😊 Hany messaged with me a few times so I was sure the filling I was buying would work and be enough. He also let me upgrade my order after I purchased for a bigger size. (I paid the difference.) And it arrived quickly in about a week to the US from Morocco. The couch really is stunning and such great quality! Even came with a free bag as a gift! I highly recommend this seller and product!! All of this is even better to me as I just dealt with a scam seller on here that lied about their product to get me to purchase again. I know that is rare, but not everyone is as great to work with as Hany! Thank you!!!

I give this a 4.5 stars. I got the 7’ long couch so that a few people can comfortably sit on it as well as allow my 6’3” parter to sleep on it from time to time.The quality is beautiful, though fragile-partially why I give a half a star off. That being said, it’s beautiful fabric and I love it, you just have to baby it. I’ve only had it for a week and it’s already coming apart. That is my fault for letting my dog on it without too much concern; lesson learned.Really, with the woven fabric, don’t let people with items that may catch the thread; dogs, cats, or any other thing that may snag or otherwise affect the woven fabric.Additionally, I spent a good chunk of money on the foam they listed to get from Custom Foam. It’s awful. Truly. I have now bought kapoc and latex to refill everything. Expensive decisions.

UPDATE: I wanted to update my original review after using the couch. It’s been about 6 weeks and we’ve been loving it. It really is great quality and seems very durable, and easy to clean too! I’ll add a photo. Hany recommended the type of stuffing and it feels really nice. We may have overstuffed it but we like the way it feels so I guess that’s what matters :-)I will add that Hany was wonderful to work with. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted and I’m very picky!
